FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who Can Participate in Sled Hockey?

Anyone with a disability that would prevent them from participating in traditional “stand-up hockey” would be eligible to play sled hockey, such as people with amputations, spinal cord injuries, spina bifida and able-bodied people with knee, leg or hip injuries. We have the unique ability to modify our sports equipment as needed to be able to accommodate almost any injury mental or physical.

HOW MUCH OF MY DONATION DIRECTLY SUPPORTS THE CAUSE?

100% of donations are going directly towards getting players equipment and out on the ice so they can enjoy the therapeutic sport of Sled Hockey. Our goal is to have zero out-of-pocket costs for players. Disabled individuals have enough limitations in life, financial constraints shouldn't be another barrier preventing them from healing mentally and physically.
